Regional Teachers Days: Regional Teachers Days are organized by Recognized Teachers for members of the Teachers Collective in their area. These days are planned as a time for discussion and sharing of teaching strategies. They are approved for Maintaining Recognized Practitioner or Recognized Teacher status. The topic for the 2009 Teachers Day was "How to Supervise a Case Study". Participants used the newly published document "Supervising Guidelines for Practitioner Workbooks: Response Ideas for Supervisors" as their guide for the day. Other topics that have been addressed have been "Exploring the Rhythm in Therapeutic Touch" and a presentation on the Therapeutic Touch research project being done in London. Both regional Teachers Days are held in March. There may be additional Teachers Days scheduled. Go to the Events Calendar to find out when the next Regional Teachers Day will be held.
