Aldona Mitrikas, BA, was first introduced to Therapeutic Touch in 1994. As a Mother of young hockey players she used Therapeutic Touch with her family and friends. In 1997 she became a practitioner and in 2011 she became a Level One Teacher of Therapeutic Touch. Aldona has recently moved to Toronto and will begin setting up her practice there.
