Lynn Vukosavljevic, BNSc, was first introduced to Therapeutic Touch in 2002. She became a Recognized Practitioner in 2009. Lynn is co-leader of the TTNO Whitby Branch. The Whitby Branch promotes Therapeutic Touch in several community health events annually. Presentations, since 2011, at Whitby 55+ Recreation Center and Carea Community Health Center focus on TT's ability to be used for self-care. Lynn believes in empowering people in their own health through the Therapeutic Touch for Self-Care course. She has taught this course at Hearth Place since 2016 and Whitby 55+ in 2020 In her practice, she co-leads the St. Mark's United Church Therapeutic Touch Clinic which supports community members through chronic illness, pain, surgery and grief. Lynn also volunteers at Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre offering Therapeutic Touch, supporting members with their physical, emotional and spiritual needs when living with cancer.
