On February 4, Alison Cooke introduced Therapeutic Touch to the Esthetics Class at Loyalist College in Belleville. The students viewed a PowerPoint presentation while learning how to feel their own energy field and that of a partner. The students were surprised by how much they could feel! They also learned how to quiet their minds in a short centering exercise. They were encouraged to continue using the exercise to help them with their stressful lives!
